In the Tanakh, the Prophet Isaiah teaches us about G-d’s servant. G-d’s Servant recognized the serious problem of sin. Isaiah 53:6 says, "All of us like sheep have gone astray, each one has turned aside to his own way."

The dictionary gives the definition of "goodness". It's defined as moral excellence. The Tanakh declares that most men will profess their own goodness (Proverbs 20:6). G-d’s righteous standards are found in the Ten Commandments. Let’s take a look at a few of them and see how many you have kept. Have you ever told a lie? (Including white lies or fibs?) Have you ever stolen anything? (The value is irrelevant.) If G-d were to judge you according to the Ten Commandments and decide if you should be written in the book of life or taken out, where would you fall? The Tanakh reveals that it is appointed for man once to die, then the Judgment. Will you be found innocent or guilty of breaking G-d's commandments on Judgment Day?

G-d has a done something so that you won’t have to go to Hell. The G-d of Israel became a man and lived a perfectly sinless life (Isaiah 53:9). Yeshua of Nazareth suffered and died for your sins. He did this so that you won’t have to face G-d on Judgment Day. This is good news. If you turn from your sins and put your trust in the fact that Messiah died for you and rose again, making atonement for you, then you will inherit eternal life.

If you have made this decision tell someone about it and then read the Bible daily and obey what you read. G-d will never leave you nor forsake you.
